If you have the luxury of doing work for 20 or more neighbors, the 21st neighbor and on will earn you only 5 coins and 1 experience point.   

Another way to get some coins are to sell items that you don’t need. One point to note is you will not be able to sell your trees or animals until you have reached level 7. On a lucky day you will be awarded 100 coins for merely plowing, planting, or harvesting. This is a bonus that will happen randomly. You will see flying coins and you will not need to click it since it will automatically be added to your coins tally.
